De-Stress Fest (Fall 2020): @ home

The end of the semester is here and it's time to take a well-earned break before tackling final exams and papers. The St. Kate's librarians have curated some relaxing and engaging content to help you de-stress and get through the final stretch to what lies beyond -- winter break!


 

De-stress with therapy animals (virtually, of course) on Thursday, December 10th from 6-7PM (CST).  Make sure you register to receive a link to join us via Zoom!

Unwind with a relaxation or meditation video.

Take a dance break with free online classes courtesy of the Ailey Extension.

Craft kits can be picked up outside the library entrance!

Do you miss our DeStress button making and other crafts? We do too! That's why we put together craft kits for you to help yourself to just outside the library entrance. In the kits, you will find directions and supplies for three up-cycled crafts. While they aren't buttons, they offer a similar "collage therapy" relaxing vibe. Here's what we made, and links to some crafters who inspired us:
