Search for a title, like JAMA, Harvard Business Review, or New York Times.
You have searched journal databases and found some references. You find that St. Kate's does not have the full-text article. Now what?
Use Interlibrary Loan (ILL) which is a service that allows you to request copies of articles in journals that St. Kate's does not own. The ILL system is called ILLIAD. Here's how ILLIAD works:
Processing time varies, depending on our work load and that of the lending library. Most articles arrive in 1-3 working days.
In your ILLIAD account, notice the navigation on the left side allowing you to place new requests, track requests, or retrieve articles delivered to you electronically.
Questions? Contact the interlibrary loan staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 651-690-6655.
