A guide for students in the MAISCE program that includes helpful resources and citation information.

Library Services for Distance Students

The Libraries provide a variety of services to support students in the classroom and beyond. Services and information specifically for distance/online students include:

  • Access many of our resources online from anywhere with your St. Kate's username & password (databases, articles, E-Books, research guides, & more)
  • Off-campus Access and Troubleshooting
  • Online research assistance (email, chat, text, Google hangout). See here for more info
  • Request physical items, articles, and digital scans via LibSearch

Finding Book in Libraries Near You

  1. Search WorldCat
  2. When you find the item you want, click the title
  3. Scroll down to "Libraries Worldwide" and enter your zipcode into the search location box:

If it is not an item owned by St. Kate's or a MnPALS Partner library, it may be quicker to find a copy near you. You can usually access it via your local public library or their interlibrary loan service.
