The Agency for Health Research and Quality (AHRQ) is an agency in Health and Human Services that publishes an annual Health Disparities Report. 

American Hospital Association – Eliminating Racial and Ethnic Disparities 

The American Hospital Association is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communitie. 

Center for Disease Control and Prevention - Office of Minority Health 

The CDC Office of Minority Health promotes health and quality of life by preventing and controlling the disproportionate burden of disease, injury and disability among racial and ethnic minority populations. 

The Cross Cultural Health Care Program 

The mission of the Cross Cultural Health Care Program is to serve as a bridge between communities and health care institutions to ensure full access to quality health care that is culturally and linguistically appropriate. 

Diversity Rx 

Diversity Rx promotes language and cultural competence to improve the quality of health care for minority, immigrant, and ethnically diverse communities. 

Health Disparities Collaboratives 

The mission of the Health Disparities Collaborative is to expand access to high quality, culturally and linguistically competent primary and preventive care for underserved, uninsured, and underinsured Americans.

Health Power for Minorities 

Health power is a non-profit organization committed to minority health improvement through health information, health promotion, technical advice and assistance to organizations, and partnerships and networking.

The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation  

The Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation is a non-profit, private operating foundation focusing on the major health care issues facing the nation, and has been extensively involved in minority health and health disparities issues. 

The Joint Center Health Policy Institute 

The Joint Center Health Policy Institute (HPI) of the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies.  Focus areas include:  determinants of health; health promotion, infant mortality; supporting youth, mental health; and healthy aging. 

The National Center for Cultural Competence 

The mission of the National Center for Cultural Competence is to increase the capacity of health and mental health programs to design implement, and evaluate culturally and linguistically competent service delivery systems. 

National Center on Minority Health and Health Disparities 

The mission of the National Center on Minority Health and Health Disparities is to promote minority health and to lead, coordinate, support, and assess the NIH effort to reduce and ultimately eliminate health disparities. 

National Quality Measures Clearinghouse

The National Quality Measures Clearinghouse (NQMC), sponsored by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, is a database and Web site for information on specific evidence-based health care quality measures and measure sets.

National Institutes of Health - Minority Health 

An Agency under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services the National Institutes of Health is the steward of medical and behavioral research for the Nation. 

National Resource Center on Advancing Emergency Preparedness for Culturally Diverse Communities 

From the Drexel University School of Public Health’s Center for Health Equality, with support from the HHS Office of Minority Health. It is the nation’s first online clearinghouse and information exchange portal designed to facilitate communication, networking and collaboration to improve preparedness, build resilience, and eliminate disparities for racially and ethnically diverse communities in public health emergencies

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration – Resource Center to Address Discrimination and Stigma 

SAMHSA's Resource Center to Address Discrimination and Stigma (ADS Center) provides practical assistance advice on countering discrimination and stigma associated with mental illness.
