You do not need to create a personal account to read an ebook on your computer. However, this ebook provider requires users to create a personal account in order to download, borrow, and reserve ebooks. If you do not want to download, borrow, or reserve an ebook, skip to the Start Reading box on this page.
To create your personal account, follow these steps:
1. In the upper right hand corner click "Login."
2. Fill in the required fields under "Don't have an account?" and select the Create Account button.
You do not need a personal account to read an ebook on your computer. To find a book to read, follow these steps:
1. On the homepage of SpringerLink, you can search for a title by using the search bar at the top or by pressing the "Browse by subject" button. You can also scroll the the bottom of the page and click "Books A-Z"
2. To only see books whose full text is available, uncheck the "Include Preview Only content" button.
3. Narrow the list of available books by discipline or subdiscipline.
4. Click on the title of the book you want to read.
5. Click on "Download PDF" to read a PDF copy of the book in your web browser, or select the PDF links next to specific chapters you want to read from the table of contents.
