When you click on a link to access content in a library database or an ebook, you will be directed to this screen. Most users should use Option 1: Use My St. Kate's Login. When you click the Sign On link, you'll be prompted to enter your St. Kate's username and password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it through the My St. Kate's student portal. Scroll down to the Student Self Service section, and click the Reset My Password link. Otherwise you can visit the Tech Hub (located in the Library, 8 am-4:30 pm), or email the Help Desk (helpdesk@stkate.edu).
The library's EZproxy service makes our online resources available from just about anywhere! But if you have any problems, please see the troubleshooting tips in this guide. If you still need assistance, email a librarian at library@stkate.edu
If you have enabled a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or Private Relay on your browser, you will need to authenticate through our St. Kate's Library EZproxy even when you are on campus. This is because a VPN or private relay (e.g. Apple iCloud) hides your computer IP address so by signing in our library resources (licensed databases) know that you are in fact a St. Kate's authorized user.
