Required Content - Edited by Pure Administrators Only

To maintain consistent content, program language, accreditation standards, and appearance of faculty information on the website some of the fields need to be maintained and updated ONLY by administrative staff in the Deans' offices. Those fields are as follows:

  • Profile Photos - Due to sizing requirements for photographs to display correctly on the website, this needs to be maintained at a centralized location in IT. However, please contact the administrative staff in the Deans' office with any requests for your profile picture to be changed to a preferred photo.
  • Organizational Affiliations - Specific language is required to maintain consistency and linking on the web pages for your programs.  If you have questions or require a change to your program information or title beyond rank, please contact the administrative staff in your Deans' office.

Important Content To Be Added and Maintained

The following fields in your profile may, and often should, be completed, and edited by you.

  • Name - Please edit the First and Last Name(s) fields with the name that you use in formal documentation.  There is a name variant field if you are also known, or have been known, by other names that will provide search functionality on all possible names for you.
  • Name Variant - Please add any additional, previous, or alternative names by which you are or have been known.  This will allow people to find your profile if they search on those names.
  • Title- The Title field has sub-fields from which you need to choose one when you add a Title.
    • Title: Designation - This subfield is used for your faculty rank and is populated when your profile is created or when you are promoted. If you need to update for some reason, please spell out the words for your rank.
